I was offered the opportunity to write for the Odyssey at USF. As an Odyssey Content Creator, I was able to write about whatever I chose. Articles were written on a weekly basis and had to be submitted every Wednesday by 5 p.m. After that, each submission went through a series of editors and were approved/published through the Odyssey headquarters in NYC. Within my first week of writing, my “back to school” themed article received over 5,000 views. Several of my other articles were also shared on the the Odyssey’s main social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. I also hosted an Instagram takeover through USF Odyssey’s Instagram story.
